Mario #572 has been to our home over the last few years for tune-ups and maintenance on our system and has always been courteous, professional and extremely helpful. He's always explained things thoroughly, given me options, made suggestions when necessary and has always given me the piece of mind needed to feel comfortable when decisions needed to be made on our system. Amazing individual and I will certainly request Mario always...don't retire anytime soon
Today I had my semi-annual inspection of my HVAC unit. The technician (Mario) was extremely professional and took the time to explain each step of his inspection. He even examined a very hard to get to vent that proved to be extremely dirty. He cleaned the debris and the work area very thoroughly. He is highly skilled and takes great pride in his work.
