I recently called for an oil change, and they were honest in saying that the wait would be long, but if I could drop it off they would be sure to get it in by the end of the day. I have been here before, and I feel the service is fair. On prior occasion I was called with a problem they brought to my attention. They explained it, the expected cost and service time. When I asked if it was an urgent matter or if I could schedule it later they were honest in saying it’s something to get done soon, but did not need to be done on that service visit. I appreciated their feedback, and though due to cost I couldn’t schedule for a few months I felt safe and comfortable driving knowing the issue and what to watch out for Incase it became urgent since I wanted to wait.
